6th Collective Assembly

Attention: The registration deadline has expired. The registration form is only temporarily reactivated

Dear Kollektivistas,

The time has finally come: Registration for the 6th nationwide networking meeting is now open!

The conference is aimed at people who work in collective enterprises or are in the process of founding one. The meeting is intended as an association of grassroots, self-managed economic enterprises owned by their employees.

When and where?

  • Date: March 26-29, 2026 (Thursday to Sunday)
  • Location: Lebensbogen, Zierenberg, near Kassel

The meeting will take place in Zierenberg again: Lebensbogen is a community with a conference center organized as a collective enterprise. It offers us a great location with barrier-free infrastructure, delicious food, and plenty of space. Further information and directions can be found here on their website

Financing

There are no fixed prices—we want to finance the meeting on a solidarity basis, so that everyone gives what they can. Nevertheless, we are facing considerable costs, which will have to be covered largely by participation fees. We have therefore provided guidelines that reflect the actual costs incurred. Please take this into account when estimating what you can pay. However, your participation should definitely not be prevented by financial considerations.

Tasks on site

As with previous networking meetings, we as the organizing group will definitely need your support on site. That's why we ask in the registration form whether you would be willing to moderate individual events, support the awareness team, or help with cleaning up, for example.

About this form

To make billing easier for us, please register all participants from your company at once if possible. You can select how many people you want to register at the beginning. There will then be a separate page for each person with all the questions. After the last page, an overview page will appear with a total amount for all participants. This amount will then be invoiced to the billing address provided.

Data protection notice: We collect personal data for the purpose of organizing registration for the 2026 Collective Enterprises Conference. The data will remain in the hands of the Organizing Group for the 2026 Collective Enterprises Conference at all times. It will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted by us after the meeting.

Ok, let's get started!

We are very excited and hope that you will also start looking forward to the event once you have registered :) If you have any questions, suggestions, or other comments, please feel free to contact us at: orga@kollektivvernetzung.org

Best regards,

The organizing crew

Personal data for your registration
We need an approximate arrival time so that we can calculate the number of meals.
There are 12 RV spaces available. Please let us know if you are coming with an RV so we can plan accordingly.
In order to fill the rooms (which saves money), we have included the “anywhere” option. This allows us to assign you a bed if you don't mind where you sleep.

The cost breakdown is for transparency. We want to share the costs and cover them together. Please consider what your needs are and what you can afford to pay.
All other rooms have shared bathrooms and toilets between the bedrooms, similar to a hostel. The tent area has its own sanitary facilities. Rooms with private toilets/bathrooms are limited. These are primarily intended for people for whom having their own bathroom/toilet is very important.
FLINTA stands for women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans, agender. Please check “Yes” here if you do not want to sleep in a room with cis men.
Please provide your name and group name so that we can easily assign you and distribute you to the same locations. If you want to sleep together in a tent, we do NOT need any information from you. If you want to sleep together in a motorhome, please provide the name of the other person so that we have an overview of the number of motorhomes.
For children who are to have their own bed and eat regularly, please count them as their own person in this form (increase the number of people above) and fill out the form for them as well.
Yes, it is possible to bring dogs, but dogs are generally not allowed indoors at the Lebensbogen. Therefore, we would be happy if you find another option for your dog for the weekend.
Your contribution to the costs
Below, we ask how you are able to cover the costs. We want to share the costs in solidarity. Therefore, there are no predefined answer options; instead, you can enter an amount yourself. For your reference, we have indicated the actual average costs per participant. If you can, please feel free to contribute a little more. If not, you can also contribute less. We hope that, together with the subsidies, we will break even in the end.
This input form only applies to this participant. For any additional participants, the form will be displayed again on the next page.

Lebensbogen is already waiving the rent for all seminar rooms (€2,595) ❤️

The benchmark is 💸 €56.50 per day (including 7% VAT).

Friday and Saturday count as full days, Thursday (from 4 p.m.) and Sunday (until 4 p.m.) are counted together as one full day.

Meal costs for children:

  • up to 4 years old - free of charge
  • up to 12 years old - half price
  • 13 years and older - full price

We have additional costs that are not related to accommodation and meals. These include:

  • Accounting
  • Childcare, if necessary
Guideline: To cover these costs, an amount of approximately €50 per participant is required for 100 participants (based on the previous year). Personal preferences/restrictions
Do you need a translation from German in order to participate? If so, into which language?
In order to distribute the tasks among as many people as possible, we ask you to specify your availability in the following questions. We will then bring people together so that we can organize ourselves into groups. If it's too much for you to help out over the weekend, that's absolutely fine too.
Tasks on site
We bring all interested people together in advance to distribute the moderation tasks.
We want to create spaces within our network where we can interact with each other in the best possible way, i.e., in a manner that is sensitive to discrimination. We bear collective responsibility for this, and there will also be an awareness team. Would you like to join the awareness team on site? (There will be an online meeting beforehand to discuss our joint stance and actions). Our contact for comments and/or interest: awareness@kollektivvernetzung.org We look forward to hearing from you! Barbara, Sari, and Sarah.
Would you like to go on a journey of discovery with children outdoors, do crafts together, paint, or whatever else you can think of? Then we would be delighted if you could take on 1 to 2 childcare assignments of 3 hours each. We will work with you to determine which slots would be suitable for you.
This involves checking one room (out of 6 rooms) per day to make sure everything is clean and tidy. The person holding the workshop in that room may ask you to help prepare the room (set up chairs, etc.).
We are looking for people to check that the outdoor area (campsite, terrace) is in good condition. You would be responsible for this for one day.
As the organizing group, we are the central contact persons at the conference, collecting various questions, information, etc., and passing them on accordingly or searching for solutions. To this end, we meet in the morning for breakfast for a short 30-minute plenary session.
We would like to prepare the venue a little before the conference. This includes tasks such as putting up the conference schedule, preparing the seminar rooms, welcoming people as they arrive, etc.
